Pivotal Behavior Solutions LLC is a steadily growing company that provides highly individualized behavior treatment services tailored to each client's specific needs. We work primarily with individuals on the autism spectrum, as well as individuals with other challenging behaviors. We firmly believe in addressing all aspects of an individual's life and designing programs focused on a full-range of skill deficits; including skill acquisition training, social skills training, and behavior reduction training.

We are seeking BCBA and BCaBA Therapists who will be responsible for providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis interventions with clients in the home setting, as well as supervision of RBT's seeking BCBA or BCaBA certification.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Implementing ABA therapy

• Data collection and monitoring of targeted skills

• Use of computer software to record and graphically depict data collection results

• Treatment plan writing

• Parent training

• RBT supervision

Pivotal Behavior Solutions is located in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado. The area offers an abundance of trails, rock climbing, mountain biking trails, and other outdoor activities. It is also less than an hour's drive to Denver and is centrally located allowing easy access to the rest of the state and all it has to offer.

Applicants must possess:

• MA or MS degree in psychology, special education, or other related field with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis

• For BCaBA applicants; currently on track to obtain BCBA certification in a master’s level university program

• A minimum of 2 years of experience implementing ABA therapy and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Applicants must also agree to a criminal background check and pass with satisfactory results and must provide a minimum of 2 professional references.
