Integrated Behavioral Solutions, Inc. is an Atlanta-based agency that provides behavioral services to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout the Southeast. IBS staff utilize the best available and most recent evidence-based practices to provide state-of-theart treatment, using Applied Behavior Analysis.

IBS provides all employees with comprehensive and competency-based training, beginning with content and graduating to practical application. IBS employees have a variety of continuing education opportunities and receive thorough support and supervision from Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Additionally, there are a variety of opportunities for advancement within the agency.


Behavior Technician Descriptions:

The IBS Behavior Technician is an entry-level position, where interventionists generally provide intensive in-home ABA therapy to individuals with autism, though there are additional opportunities for other settings (e.g., schools) and populations (e.g., other disabilities, other age groups).


IBS Senior Behavior Technicians provide in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy to individuals with autism, work with school districts and other organizations (e.g., adult agencies), and populations (e.g., other disabilities, other age groups).


Requirements: (Entry Level Position)

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED required

• Applicants enrolled in a college program working towards a degree in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or Child Development preferred

• 1-2 years of experience working with children required

• Applicants must have demonstrable history of punctuality, appropriate timemanagement skills, and the ability to work amongst a variety of treatment teams.

• Applicants must be willing to travel within the Atlanta metro area, and to provide initial and ongoing proof of valid driver’s license and current automobile liability insurance.

Additional Requirements (Senior Level Positions Only)

Applicants with at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field are preferred.

• Applicants with at least 1-2 years experience in education, particularly special education, are preferred.

• Applicants with at least 1-2 years experience using Applied Behavior Analysis, including discrete trial teaching procedures, are preferred.
