CARE is currently seeking a BCBA in the Bremerton, WA area to

provide ABA services through our exclusively in-home and

community-based program.

CARE, LLC is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (training provided, if needed) to service clients through our exclusively home and community based programming in Washington State! CARE currently serves clients in the Bremerton, Silverdale, Poulsbo, Gig Harbor, Port Orchard and Tacoma areas.

Our RBTs are our most important service providers as they are the individuals implementing one-on-one applied behavior analysis services to our clients under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

CARE offers unique opportunities for advancement within the agency including an opportunity to participate in a thorough and highly supportive internship for those individuals seeking higher certification (BCaBA / BCBA). Independent contractor position allows for flexible schedule and our rates are highly competitive.

BCBA Position Details

CARE is seeking a motivated professional that is willing to begin



This is a CONTRACT position offering HIGHLY competitive rates.



• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification

• Maintain CEU’s for Board Certification

• BACB Supervisor Certification (8hr course)

• 3+ years experience in Applied Behavior Analysis

• 1+ years of supervised experience developing, training, implementing and

monitoring behavior acquisition and reduction plans (preferred)

• Prior experience in private practice (preferred)

• Able to develop, implement and monitor behavior, academic, and social

intervention plans

• Able to conduct formal assessments that guide programming

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Reliable means of transportation required



PROGRAMMING: The BCBA is responsible for writing and implementing

behavioral, social, and academic plans for each individual client.

• Conduct formal assessments

• Write and design treatment plans based on assessment results using

evidence-based practices

• Implement direct care programming for clients.

• Supervise registered behavior technician (RBT) implementation of

programming for a minimum of 20% of service provision monthly.

• Conduct monthly supervision meetings with families and update plans


• Review data and/or graphs during monthly supervision and prior to

program changes/updates.

• Use evidence-based practices to support all programming.


PARENT TRAINING: The BCBA is responsible for training the parent(s)/guardian

to effectively implement the plan within the home and community setting.

provides support to his/her clients so that there is a consistent approach to

achieving the goals identified in the behavior plan.
