Position Type: Full Time and Part Time Positions Available

Areas of need: Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties, California

Full time Annual Compensation Range: $60,000 – $85,000

BCBA duties:

• Design and supervise Target Individual's personalized intervention plan for your assigned cases.

• Support Behavior Interventionist's in implementing the child's individualized intervention plan at their home as needed.

• Ensure accuracy of data recorded by Behavior Interventionist's.

• Prepare child progress reports following predetermined requirements.

• Provide insight and recommendation to management regarding your assigned cases.

• Provide leadership and professional expertise to your Behavior Interventionist's.

• Attend meetings and workshops.

• Maintain client's confidentiality.

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments.

• Write progress reports.

• Train Behavior Interventionist.

• Other duties may be assigned as needed.



• Must provide proof of TB clearance.

• Ability to reliably travel to the clients' homes.

• BCBA or BCBA (D) certification.

• Previous experience working with children with developmental disabilities and their families.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to input data into mobile devices such as mobile phones or tablets.

• Ability to write clear and concise reports that follow predetermined requirements.

• Ability to supervise a team of BI's and provide professional direction.

• Ability to support your team in case of emergencies.

• Commitment to helping children and their families.


Preferred requirements:

• Previous experience working with regional centers and/or insurance companies on ABA cases.

• Ability to speak Spanish.

• 4 years of related experience
