Payroll Deduction Form for Clemente Center Membership

Continuous Membership is only available to current employees of Florida Tech and may include dependents (immediate family only).  Membership begins once a payroll deduction form is submitted, along with a membership application and liability waiver, at the Control Desk in the lobby of the Clemente Center.

Information

Membership rates include participation in Group Fitness Classes and use of the following facilities: weight lifting & cardio areas, gymnasium courts, racquetball court and locker rooms.

All individuals must be 14 years of age or older to use the weight lifting and cardio areas.  Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult in the Clemente Center. 

Valid photo identification (i.e., Florida Tech ID or driver's license), proper athletic attire/shoes, and a towel, are required to use the fitness center.

Any active member may bring a guest for $5 per day (limit five per day). Students receive two free guest passes per semester.

Lockers may be checked out daily for free or rented for $15 per semester.

Florida Tech Students enrolled in classes on campus are already Clemente Center members; membership fees are included in tuition.  All interns, aviation, online (UA), and University College students must pay for their membership on a monthly basis.

*Sponsored Membership:  Each active member, who is also a current employee of Florida Tech, may sponsor one additional person for membership who would not be considered a dependent.  Information about the applicant's sponsor must be noted on his/her own Membership Card.  Florida Tech students may not sponsor other members.  Sponsorship is a privilege and may be revoked at any time, for any reason, at the sole discretion of the sponsoring member or management of the Clemente Center.
