Hello, my name is Jim Gallo and I'm an Organizational Psychologist. I have 20+ years of leadership experience as a senior executive and management consultant. I've worked both within organizations as a senior executive leading multi state operations as well as an external consultant providing customized solutions to organizations. Currently, I serve as the Director for The Center for Organizational Effectiveness, which is a consulting firm that provides human capital measurement and talent management strategies.

Previously, I was part of the senior executive team and co-owner at Service America Enterprise, Inc., overseeing all human resource, business development and marketing functions.

As the Center Director I oversee all client projects to ensure we exceed our client's expectations and meet our internal financial targets and margins. Additionally, my responsibilities include developing new working partnerships with c-suite executives, expanding current partnership contracts and supervising graduate students practicums.
